Yoga practice and philosophy is at the heart of the Embody OT mission. Yoga is a holistic approach to wellness for the mind, body, and spirit.
At Embody OT, yoga is utilized as a mind-body modality both as a wellness activity and rehabilitation activity for clients with more involved health needs.
People come to practice yoga for many different reasons. Yoga practice may assist people with managing chronic conditions, such as:
